Questions
Which version of Serum do I need?
These presets are made for Serum 2. They won't load in Serum 1.
I lost my download link. What now?
Go to the Get my download page, enter the email you paid with, and we'll email you a fresh link. That works any time, even years later.
Can I hear the presets before I buy?
Yes — press play in the sound room on the homepage. You can also grab the free downloads to try my sounds first.
How do I get my download?
Right after checkout you're taken straight to your download. A receipt is emailed to you too.
Can I use the presets in my own releases?
Yes. You can use the presets in music you release, sell or stream, with no royalties and no credit needed. You can't resell or share the presets themselves. The full details are on the Licence page.
Something's not working. Who do I ask?
Use the Support page and I'll get back to you.
