This licence covers the presets in the BAGG Serum 2 Preset Pack (the “Presets”). It applies from the moment you buy and download the Pack.
What you can do
You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the Presets, and sounds you make from them, in your own music and productions. That includes commercial use:
- releasing, selling and streaming music that uses the Presets;
- using that music in videos, games, adverts, film and other media;
- performing it live and playing it in DJ sets.
There are no royalties to pay and you don’t need to credit BAGG (though it’s appreciated). The music you make is yours.
What you can’t do
- resell, rent, lend, give away or share the Presets, in original or modified form;
- upload the Presets to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, forums or cloud links others can reach;
- include the Presets, or presets made by editing them, in any preset pack, sound bank, sample library, plugin or similar product, free or paid;
- use the Presets to train or fine-tune AI or machine-learning models;
- claim the Presets themselves as your own work.
Finished music made with the Presets can be shared freely. It’s only the preset files that must not be passed on.
One licence per person
The licence is for the person who bought the Pack. If several people in a studio or team will use the Presets, each needs their own copy. Collaborators who only receive your finished audio don’t need one.
Ownership
BAGG keeps the copyright in the Presets. Buying the Pack gives you a licence to use them, not ownership of them.
If the licence is broken
If you break these terms, the licence ends and you must delete the Presets. Music you’ve already released stays released.
No warranty
The Presets are provided as they are, for use with Xfer Serum 2. Serum is a trademark of Xfer Records; BAGG is not affiliated with or endorsed by Xfer Records. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
